Loughborough Sound Images MDC40T

Loughborough Sound Images’ MDC40T module lets you configure PC and VME cards with performances of up to 400 MFLOPS and 2.2 GOPS (gigabyte operations per second) to create I/O- and compute-intensive nodes in multiprocessor networks. The MDC40T uses three C40 communications channels to provide high-bandwidth interprocessor communications between its two Texas Instruments’ TMS320C40 processors. The six remaining communications ports are available via standard external connectors. The MDC40T also contains up to 4 MB of zerowait-state static RAM.
