Mobius Protege

Two graphics accelerator boards based on the S3-928 chip set provide improved graphics performance for Mobius’s Protege workstations (from $3883). The workstations include 16 MB of RAM, a 240-MB hard drive, a monitor, Unix software, and a CX+ or CX+ TrueColor VESA Local Bus interface board. The boards have a standard resolution of 1280 by 1024 pixels with 256 colors. The CX+ TrueColor board can also run at 1600 by 1200 pixels in 256 color.
