The NEC VersaPad - model# PC-420-xxxx - was a Tablet/Pen based computer created by NEC as a part of it's Versa or Ultralite Versa product line in 1993. It shares similar specs with the NEC Ultralite Versa PC-400-xxx model laptops, except in a pen-based tablet format. It was based on a 20MHz intel 80486 microprocessor, with 4MB of RAM, and likely used similar circuitry to the NEC Ultralite Versa 20.
