Higher Intellect is run as a non-profit project. We generate little income from advertising and affiliate links but this does not completely offset the hosting costs. As such, we require assistance from our users to expand our services. We currently have a need for large SAS/SATA/SSD drives, DDR3 and up server memory, Cisco/Juniper routing equipment. We would also be interested in vintage computer hardware and software for our technology museum, so please get in touch with us if you've got old gear kicking around.
Specific Requests
- "Big box" vintage computer software from the 1980s and 1990s for Apple II/Macintosh/DOS/Windows/etc platforms
- "Pizza box" form factor UNIX workstations based on Alpha, PowerPC, SPARC, etc
- SATA drives 2TB or larger
- IDE SSDs any size
- SATA SSDs 400GB or larger
- Cache/accelerator cards for Macintosh systems
- NuBus cards for Macintosh systems
