Homemade IIci ROM SIMM for SE/30

Thanks to Jeff Walther for the ROMS and ROM code! These ROMs have code from IIci ROMS. The schematic was derived from the IIsi and IIfx ROM SIMMs that use PLCC32 chips. The board is single layer, 1 ounce copper clad, 0.0625 inch thick. The connector contact area on back side is filed down to a thickness of 0.05 inch.
