The Duo 250 is a Motorola 68030 based laptop part of the PowerBook Duo line of subnotebooks.
General Information
The PowerBook Duo 250 uses a 9.1" active matrix grayscale LCD with a resolution of 640x480.

The PowerBook Duo 250 is powered by a 33MHz Motorola 68030 processor without math co-processor (available via Duo Dock).
Memory
There is 4MB RAM directly on the board and the system can address up to 28MB.
