The NeXTcube was introduced in 1990 and discontinued in 1993.

CPU
The NeXTcube is powered by a Motorola 68040 processor clocked at 25MHz, with an integrated FPU. The system also features a 25 MHz Motorola DSP56001.
Memory
Available with 16MB RAM, expandable to 64MB.
