Higher Intellect's Hotline server was launched in September 2001 and remains online to this day. The server initially hosted a small amount of text files and antique software, and was primarily used as a chat server. Over the years, most of the Hotline community either migrated to different protocols such as KDX/Carracho or simply moved on to other things. Higher Intellect maintains the Hotline server to provide legacy support for users with older computers.
