The O2 was released in 1996 to replace the Indy and was discontinued in 2002.

Memory
The O2 features eight SDRAM slots (four banks of two), with a maximum of 1GB allowed using 128MB DIMMs. PROM 4.4 is required to use 128MB DIMMs with earlier versions only allowing a 256MB maximum.
